Beautiful Painting Carol! I just visited White Sands National Park in New Mexico last summer. It was an Amazing Place and I especially Loved Sliding Down The White Sand Dunes! Lots of Fun! Like / Fav.

HI Carol, Love the big value shapes on display! The weeds add texture and line across the bottom dune area, and the clouds add an interesting contrast to the sky against the dark mountains. But don't be afraid to push your darks, as you will be amazed at the value shapes that can add interest to the whole. f/v
